Get trained
Observers can be trained and calibrated to conduct curriculum-specific classroom observations. The process includes self-paced training modules and training sessions. Observers watch videos of real classroom instruction to discuss where it should be placed along a progression of quality, and why, building a strong shared vision of curriculum implementation quality in a curriculum-specific way.
